全台首間以「環境友善」，打造 “雞尾酒吧 Reply”
The first "Cocktail Bar Reply" in Taiwan with ECO-friendly.

Sam Kuan倫敦傳奇調酒大師Luca Cinalli，以「友善環保」為概念，打造創意餐酒館，正式進駐台北東區。
Sam Kuan teamed up with Luca Cinalli, a legendary bartender in London, to create a creative restaurant and bar based on the concept of "friendly and environmentally friendly", and officially entered the eastern district of Taipei.

是Reply最重要的主理人，他可說是載譽歸國，Sam在信義區名店Barcode崛起時是重要班底，後來前往上海開設盛極一時的Barules。而這次Sam希望把在上海見識到跟學習到的事物應用在Reply上，讓台北的酒友們可以體驗調酒世界的另一種面向。

He is the most important person in charge of Reply. He can be said to have returned to the country with a reputation. Sam was an important team when the famous store Barcode in Xinyi District emerged. Later, he went to Shanghai to open the most popular BarRules. And this time Sam hopes to apply what he has seen and learned in Shanghai to Reply, so that Taipei drinkers can experience another aspect of the bartending world.

Luca Cinalli

義大利籍調酒師，在倫敦開設的兩間店ORIOLE和Nightjar都曾入選世界50大。2019年 Whisky LIVE也特地來台授課，是台灣酒吧業界非常熟悉的一位大師，Luca Cinalli本人一直很喜歡台灣。為了Reply開幕，在隔離期滿後進駐吧檯親自位顧客服務。

Italian bartenders, ORIOLE and Nightjar opened in London, and both were selected as one of the top 50 in the world. In 2019, Whisky LIVE also specially came to Taiwan to teach. He is a master very familiar with Taiwan's bar industry. Luca Cinalli himself has always liked Taiwan. For the opening of Reply, after the quarantine period expires, stationed at the bar to personally serve customers.

「Reply」意指透過從調酒、餐飲的執行細節不同，回復（恢復）給地球一個友善環境，而Reply的品牌四角視覺則代表了：減少浪費、再利用、回收，最後找到新的出口。
